The first and the smallest "manneken-pis" in Eastern Europe. The sculpture is placed two kilometres from the border of the European Union at the territory of the restraunt "Kilikia". Uzhhorod "manneken pis" became the finishing element of the pump room for the drinking water Fountanus Cilicia.
